BOOK FAIR

The CCMS library will be taking a new spin on the concept of a book fair. CCMS will be participating in an online book fair that will allow parents, members from the community, or anyone that would like to, to donate money online to purchase books for CCMS. The book fair will officially start on Oct. 10th, but you can donate early by going to:

Once you are on the link simply follow the instructions.

100% of every dollar donated will go towards updating the current non-ficiton library collection. For every $25 donated, a book will be placed in the library in your honor, and your name will be placed on our wall of out-standing supporters. Our current goal is to raise $500. However, it would be great if we could surpass that goal.

So go ahead and be the first to donate and help give the gift of literacy to all students at CCMS!!

Happy Reading...

September Contest

The library theme for the month of September is "The Bluegrass Books". The Bluegrass Books are award winning books, selected by students across the state. If students read at least 1 of the Bluegrass Books and complete the AR Quiz with 100% accuracy they will be eligible for the drawing. All of the Bluegrass Books have a yellow bluegrass symbol on the spine. This will also go towards the Bluegrass Party at the end of the year. To qualify for this reward students must read 7 of the 10 Bluegrass Books. Remember once you finish the AR quiz, see Ms. Nathalie in the library to fill out the form for the drawing.
